MEET THE teacher

Hey, I'm Kristy!

I'm Kristy Evans, a Human Behavior Researcher, Career Innovation Strategist and Writer who's obsessed with helping people expand into new career opportunities and contribute more meaningfully through their work.

For 20 years, I’ve studied the intricacies within humans as a researcher, conducting field studies in 40+ countries. Through this work, I discovered that people possess incredible value and hidden potential—most of which remains unseen and underutilized.

After years in the field, I synthesized my insight into the 9 Hidden Assets that make up our Genius. Using the same techniques I applied in the field, I created The Genius Stack™, a proprietary system that helps people uncover their unique assets and unlock new career possibilities. Now I teach people how to use their assets to take control of their careers and lives.
